About the job
High Speed circuit topology design for Memory/Communication I/O interfaces of SoC
* Responsible to confirm the validity of topology structure consisted of SoC package substrate and application PCB by using various circuit simulators
* Design the topology which consisted from SoC package substrate and application board
* Verify the connectivity with SoC and target device via designed topology
* Write detailed technical reports on verification results
* Define the method to verify the board design which is referred by application designer
* Define the requirement of SoC production test
Yêu cầu
Requirement:
* At least 1 years' experience for SoC package substrate or PCB electrical simulation as Signal Integrity, Power Integrity experience is plus
* Experience for SoC package substrate or PCB design
* Knowledge about semiconductor IO buffer circuitry
* Fundamental knowledge about memory devices and interfaces such as DDR, Flash, NVM.
* Fundamental knowledge about standards of communication interface such as MIPI, PCIe, etc.
* Fundamental knowledge in the electrical circuit of digital and analog
