Job scope
Responsible for leading and developing the medical representative team to execute successfully the business plan for the related territory based on the Business unit (BU)/portfolio strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Territory Management & Business Development
• Plan and organize activities and projects, in a manner which will help achieve or exceed established performance goals.
• Optimize the productivity of individuals and the team to deliver results.
• Ensure all activities are in line with company strategy
• Ensure the customer database validation.
• Explore opportunity to develop NN products.
• Manage and lead the territory performance relating to product information activities and maintain the educational and product information activities in assigned area.
• Develop/ maintain networks and healthcare partnerships with key influencers/ key opinion leaders.
• Timely update and feedback any problems relating to assigned work & market information/ competitor information to Direct Manager.
2. People Management
• A team player with good management, interpersonal and communication skills, highly motivated & result-oriented.
• Field coaching for further improve detailing skills, territory management, communication skill, product knowledge of medical reps
• Develop & motivate team ensuring high performance mind set.
• Supervise the Medical Representatives to ensure adherence to working plan.
3. Collaboration
• Collaborate cross-functional in providing the service to external customers.
• Participate in and contribute effectively to accompanied working, regional meetings, national conferences and other NN meetings
• Collaborate with the other field functions
• Liaising with peers including Marketing, Market Access and CE to maximise performance of NN products
4. Compliance
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Train and supervise the implementation of NN's Code of conduct, NNWays
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related fields
• Minimum 5 year's sales rep experience in the pharmaceutical industry, 2-3 years in sales team management
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership
• Good communication skills
