Monitor master schedules and deliveries (to follow up with client).
Monitor change orders and variations/ make contract addendums and price variation accordingly.
Keep up to date with current market trends and customer needs, analyze and do proper action plan.
Develop and grow long-term relationships with old customers and ensure customers data is always ready.
Prepare kinds of reports: sales report, Lost quote report (LQR) and other related to management board.
Manage policy implementation in the department and propose changes (if any) when it is necessary for the company.
Provide training and orientation for sales team to ensure sales force adapt to changes of the market, customer satisfaction and help the team achieve assigned objectives.
Follow up and support subordinates and finance department on payment and L/C.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in technical background (Construction major is a big plus).
Thorough knowledge of sales techniques with min 5 years in Sales
Experience in project based selling (Buildings Construction or Steel Buildings is preferred)
Good product knowledge.
Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, decision-making and leadership ability combined with an analytical and creative mind to evaluate new opportunities.
Self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Good Customer Service and interpersonal skills.
Good at English and Chinese language.
Open for both local and expatriate candidates.
