Sales Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service within a designated geographical area.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth, increase customer acquisition, and expand market share within the designated area.
• Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, provide feedback, training, and support to improve sales results, and establish clear KPIs to measure success.
• Territory Management: Strategically allocate resources, set territory sales targets, and manage key performance indicators to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency within the area.
• Market Analysis and Planning: Conduct market analysis, identify opportunities, and develop plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing ones within the designated area.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders within the area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Sales Management Experience: Proven track record in sales management, including strategy development, performance management, and the ability to drive results at a regional or area level.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with business objectives and market trends within the designated area.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and leveraging insights to make informed decisions that drive sales performance and territory growth.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication capabilities to effectively convey sales strategies, provide feedback to team members, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to ensure that the sales team delivers value-added solutions and exceptional customer service within the designated area.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic sales environment, changing market conditions, and evolving customer preferences within the specified geographic area. Requirements working on CRM systems, and other tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.
