Mô tả công việc
• Conduct new business development to expand client base as well as to increase sales to existing customers in biopharmaceutical sector
• Proactively search for new projects/ customers/ departments/ applications that could benefit from WMFTG products
• Carry out sales calls to prospects with demo to present and persuade product's customer value proposition in an attractive, clear, concise and convincible manner (minimum 6 sales calls/ week)
• Understand and analyse customer's issue and requirement to select, cost and quote a suitable solution
• Follow customer closely to get inquiry and reel in order within short conversion time by continual phone calls, sales calls, demonstrations, trials
• Accomplish the qualified weekly KPI (above 35) which is driven by daily sales productivity
• Act as a true consultant who sells through value with technical knowledge and experience instead of price
• Provide technical or non-technical support and services to customers and sales team member
• Achieve the invidual sales target (minimum VND 600 mil/ month)
• Make daily sales report to line manager
Yêu cầu
• At least 4 years "outdoor" sales experience in actively finding prospect, conducting sales appointments
• Multinational company's working background is preferable
• Have pump sales experience is advantageous
• Fluent English
• Have customer network in Biopharm market
• Work within procedural guidelines in a disciplined manner
• Always update market knowledge and fulfil all the assigned training/ learning courses to continue growing technical knowledge for existing and upcoming technology
• Ability and willingness to travel nationally within Vietnam for day-to-day sales tasks and aboard occasionally for training and conference
• Sales, negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Disciplined, self-motivated, ambitious, creative, proactive and positive mindset
