JOB PURPOSE: Consult clients/ farmers on technical expertise of animal production, especially in swine, in order to support the Commercial Department in increasing sales volume.
DUTIES:
Provide customers with technical advice about livestock management, veterinary, and nutrition
Consult customers to use ADM feed products
Support sales team to develop market share
Organize seminars for technology transfer to farms
Do training/ coaching for technical and commercial team members
Promote products and company image to customers
Supervise the working of the employees

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or livestock engineer
Language: English (Intermediate level)
Strong computer literacy
Experience: At least 5 years experience in swine production, a good understanding of the feed market.
Management skill
A good team player
Communication, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, and working under high-pressure
Attitude: Positive, proactive, independent, and enthusiastic in work
