Art Director (Event/Activation)

Key Responsibilities
Participate in developing concepts and creative directions for event, activation, and mall decoration projects.
Provide artistic direction and lead the design team throughout the execution process.
Take full ownership of the overall aesthetic quality of all design outputs.
Personally execute high-level layouts, composing, and final artwork (FA) when required.
Work closely with Production Houses and suppliers to ensure both aesthetic integrity and practical feasibility during actual production and installation.
Manage, evaluate, and coordinate work with third-party vendors and partners.
Handle additional art direction and design-related tasks as assigned by the company.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within an event / activation agency.
Excellent presentation, storytelling, and client persuasion skills.
Experience working on event programs, stage productions, or live performances is a strong advantage.
Strong creative thinking with proven ability to develop compelling concepts.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3Ds Max, and other relevant design and visualization tools.
Strong self-management skills with the ability to stay motivated and maintain high personal performance.
Ability to view creative work from a business perspective, not purely from a design standpoint.
Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to present and defend creative ideas effectively.
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Strong time management skills with the ability to proactively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
