The Mission
We don't just create advertisements; we build Integrated Healthcare Campaigns. We are looking for
an Art Supervisor (equivalent to a Junior Art Director in the broader market) who thinks in stories
and "Big Ideas," not just layouts. You will be the visual soul of our campaigns-from the initial
conceptual spark to the final color grade of a hero film.
This is a role for a Visual Storyteller who is eager to own the Key Visual (KV) and lead the
aesthetic direction of high-end iTVC productions, while staying grounded in the reality of execution.
What You'll Do
Conceptualize: Crack the "Big Idea." Partner with Copywriters to develop campaign platforms that resonate across film, social, and experiential touchpoints.
Master the KV & Video Production: Lead the creation of the Key Visual. You will define the lighting, photography style, and composition. You will be the creative voice on set, collaborating with photographers and directors to ensure the vision is executed flawlessly.
AI-Driven Workflow: Integrate AI tools into your creative process-from rapid prototyping and mood-boarding to enhancing final execution. We expect an "AI-First" mindset to push the boundaries of what's possible.
Execution & Craft: Be ready to get your hands dirty. You will own the project from the pitch deck to the final deliverable, ensuring every asset maintains the highest aesthetic standard.
Balance of Tone: Ability to pivot from "high-concept/dreamy" creative to "serious/trustworthy" content depending on the medical context, without ever being "dry" or "boring."
