Mô tả công việc
- Take ownership of line defect resolution and productivity improvement in assembly operations.
- Support problem-solving for quality issues (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) using PFMEA, FTA, 8D, and SPC methodologies.
- Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities to enhance assembly efficiency and reduce waste.
- Ensure production readiness and smooth transfer of new products into assembly lines.
- Perform Process and Equipment Verification & Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Design and develop assembly processes, tools, jigs, and fixtures to optimize workflow.
- Provide training and technical guidance to production staff on new assembly methods and processes.
- Continuously improve assembly processes through tooling and fixture design to increase quality, productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering).
- Good communication skills in English.
- 1-2 years of experience working as an engineer in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles and continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong skills in project management, presentation, and cross-functional communication.
- Proficient in problem analysis and structured problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate effectively in team-based activities.
- Willingness to work overtime when required by production needs.
- Proficiency in Mechanical AutoCAD, Inventor, and Microsoft Office tools
