Mô tả công việc
- Craft and execute innovative marketing strategies for digital and traditional platforms to enhance brand recognition and consumer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overarching business goals.
- Lead
digital marketing campaigns, optimizing performance across social media, search engines, and email channels.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOLS), and influencers for promotional activities,
including live streaming and offline events.
- Organize and participate in offline events, product launches, and promotional campaigns to stimulate customer interest and drive sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends and dynamics to ensure HeBe VN remains competitive in the market.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in
brand marketing, with a significant emphasis on digital marketing strategies.
- A proven track record of designing and executing successful marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking
- Strong communication skills for effective partnerships and team collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English; Korean language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic.
