Brand planning:
Support BM the development of annual brand plans, including strategic pillars, marketing calendars,campaigns, and budgeting.
Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify insights and opportunities for brand growth.
Assist in preparing brand performance reports, business reviews.Marketing execution & creative development
Coordinate 360° marketing campaigns (digital, KOL/UGC, social media) to ensure timely and high-qualityexecution.
Work with the creative and content team to develop campaign assets aligned with brand guidelines, ensure allcreative materials align with brand identity, tonality, and consumer insights.
Review and optimize creative performance across channels (TikTok, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Facebook/IG, KOLcontent).
Monitor campaign performance and propose optimization actions.
Plan and execute BTL & activation activities such as sampling programs, retail activation, marketplaceactivation, consumer engagement initiatives to drive visibility and sell-out.
NPD:
Support end-to-end NPD processes: idea validation, consumer research, product brief, packaging registrationdocuments, launch plans.
Work closely with the principal team to align MOH/registration requirements
Coordinate with supply chain and sales B2C & B2B to ensure forecasting, on-time availability, smooth sellin/sell-out plans for new products.
Ecommerce &
trade marketing coordination
Work with the ecommerce team for marketplace activities (TikTok Shop, Shopee Mall) including campaigns,visual, content.
Coordinate with Trade team for in-store POSM, visibility, activation campaign
Work with sale/trade B2B team to develop listing proposal & support marketing activities (retail partner)
Track sell-in, sell-out, inventory, recommend actions to drive performance.
Budgeting & Reporting
Assist in managing brand budgets
Monitor brand KPIs (GMV, NMV, view, traffic, engagement) and provide monthly reports.Cross-functional collaboration
Liaise with finance, supply chain, procurement, legal, sales, commercial, ecommerce teams to ensure smoothexecution of all brand activities.
Work closely with the principal team to align marketing support, compliance, reporting requirements
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Digital, Communications, or related fields.
Experience in the beauty/FMCG industry
Strong
data analyst and problem-solving skills.
Good project management and multitasking ability.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills (internal & external).
Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of
digital marketing, e-commerce, and consumer insights is a plus
Strong creative thinking and ability to translate insights into compelling ideas.
Good understanding of how Brand, Trade Marketing, Sales (B2B/B2C) operate and collaborate to drive sell-out, improve visibility, and support listing & activation processes.
Solid brand-thinking capability, especially the ability to understand brand identity
