Mô tả công việc
Roles: Being a Assistant Brand Operation Manager is to be the person who standing by Brand Operation Manager's side takes control of all brand's aspects and details of, including but not limited to Marketing, Merchandising, Operation and Reporting
Main Responsibilities
• Support the Brand Operation Manager in leading the assigned brands to achieve brand objectives and KPIs.
• Support the Brand Operation Manager in developing and implementing Marketing Plans and Sales Plans.
• Manage approved A&P budgets for marketing activities.
• Coordinate with Landlords and Department stores on all brand-related matters.
• Take initiatives to drive sales focus and explore opportunities for the brand.
OPERATION TASKS (40%):
• Update and prepare daily, and monthly quantitative and qualitative reports of Brand ID retail channel.
• Monitor operations status of the Brand ID stores and provide recommendations or solutions to improve retail operation regularly to Line Manager.
• Ensure that all operation activities are compliant with company's policies, company's procedures and local legal frame.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing team, Trainer and VM to establish systematic and updated training for store team.
• Support SM/BA to maintain high level of customer service and liaise with CRM to provide.
MARKETING PLANNING & EXECUTION (20%)
• Take lead in developing Marketing Plan/ New Launch Plan
• Execute approved Marketing/Sales Plans, coordinate with relating departments to develop, implement and deploy detailed marketing/sales activities.
• Delivers specific brand projects as per brand plan;
• Coordinate with external suppliers/agencies to ensure work results are delivered in good quality and in a timely manner and within budget.
• Follow brand guidelines to ensure all communication materials consistent across channels and set high brand standards.
• Support to organize Training course for Store Manager and sales staff on New Launch Products.
• Take care of Store VM, build and develop POSM (if necessary)
• Ensure all brand and product visuals validation, up to date and well presented.
• Ensure punctuality and accuracy of all paperwork.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT (20%)
• Under the Brand Operation Manager's guidance, keep track of brand and product portfolio.
• Monitor closely brand and product performance, especially New launch products.
• Propose solutions and make recommendations to improve brand/product performance
• Together with the Demand Planning and Logistic team follow shipments from ordering till delivery (e.g. POS materials - sites, visuals, tester units...)
• Keep an eye on and make sure all brand and product presence and information appear in all channels (online and offline) correctly and consistently according to brand guidelines.
• Take initiatives to drive sales, and push for slowing to achieve a healthy stock ratio.
REPORTING AND ANALYST (20%)
• Keep Marketing Plans and Sales Plans up to date.
• Closely monitor new launch performance and brand performance according to sales targets and the company's budget.
• Conduct market analysis with Retail team to understand market trend, consumer insight, brand and product performance, competitors...to generate new marketing ideas and identify market opportunities for brand.
• Analyzing data to report on brand growth.
• Keep track, keep record and frequently generate reports related to brand(s)
• Share analysis results with senior management to suggest solution and direction to improve issue, leverage strengths & opportunities.

Yêu cầu công việc
• 2 years experience working in Retail, Marketing is a plus.
• College or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Basic knowledge on Budget planning and management skills is a plus
• Structured, organized and a strong coordinator.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and communication skills
• Good at Microsoft Outlook, Office and Excel, PowerPoint...
• Ability to work under high pressure and handle multitasking.
• College or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Basic knowledge on Budget planning and management skills is a plus
