* Position Summary:
- The Assistant
Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the club's business development strategies and operations. Working closely with the BD Manager, this role involves researching market opportunities, assisting in the negotiation and management of partnerships, and contributing to promotional and operational initiatives that drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of the gaming and entertainment industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.
* Key Responsibilities:
+ Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies to enhance the club's market presence and profitability.
+ Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive threats.
+ Support the management of existing partnerships and the cultivation of new relationships with potential partners, sponsors, and affiliates.
+ Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations teams to align business development initiatives with marketing campaigns and operational capabilities.
+ Prepare and present reports on market analysis, business development activities, and partnership performance.
+ Assist in negotiating deals and managing contracts with partners and suppliers.
+ Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to represent the club and identify business opportunities.
+ Support the BD Manager in project management and the execution of strategic initiatives.

* Requirement:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
+ A minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the gaming, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
+ Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
+ Effective communication and negotiation skills.
+ Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
+ Competence in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems.
