Report to: Chief Legal & Compliance Officer
Job objective: Monitor the compliance matters of the company to ensure that the company is in compliance with all statutory regulations as well as internal procedures and guidelines.
Job responsibilities:
- Administer and directly conduct compliance works to ensure that the company is in compliance with all statutory regulations as well as internal procedures and guidelines. Specific works includes, but not limited to, the followings key tasks:
+ Review and provide advice to the operations of all departments to ensure the compliance with applicable laws and internal procedures and policies;
+ Do supervision of the implementation of all applicable statutory regulations and internal procedures and policies;
Compliance risks identification, assessment, communication and mitigation;
+ Do preparation and coordination with other departments for all regulatory inspections;
+ Do preparation and coordination with other departments for all reports and communication with the State authorities and all regulatory directives or requirements as well as preparing the feedback's or responses of the Company to the State authorities; and
+ Do preparation of compliance operation agenda;
- To coordinate and support the operations of internal audit departments the company;
- Other tasks as may be assigned by the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer.
Yêu cầu
+ Practical experience:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in compliance/audit work at multinational organizations, including at least 2 years of holding the equivalent position. Experience with banks or financial services companies will be a definite advantage.
- A strong knowledge of audit techniques and Vietnam regulations.
+ Education and skills:
- University degree in law, accounting, finance, business administration;
- Knowledge of compliance, including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods; and
- Ability to conduct independent research and analysis.
+ Language skills:
Fluent in English and Vietnamese
