To function as the Assistant Business Manager and Assistant Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable. The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for overseeing and managing the hotel's primary restaurant outlet, as well as In-Room Dining operations, while supporting oversight of all Food and Beverage related areas and outlets operated by Hyatt
Yêu cầu
Prior experience with Hyatt is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in hospitality industry or a related discipline.
Experience implementing new F&B concepts
3-5 years or more of progressive hotel Food and Beverage experience, including at least two years in a management role, or equivalent experience in a 5 star hotel environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, motivational, and training capabilities.
Fluent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
