* The Assistant Financial Controller supports the Director of Finance in safeguarding the financial integrity of the property. The role ensures accurate reporting, strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial partnership with operational leaders to uphold the standards of ultra-luxury hospitality.

+ Oversee daily accounting operations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
+ Ensure P&L integrity with proper revenue recognition and cost allocation.
+ Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
+ Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk exposure.
+ Maintain a robust internal control environment to safeguard assets.
+ Ensure all statutory filings, tax obligations, permits, and licenses are current and compliant.
