Mô tả công việc
Recruitment / New Hire Process:
- Identify, recruit, promote, transfer, and retain the right employees at the right time for the right position as well as all levels of the company.
- Assist with recruitment process: Job posting, CV screening & short-listing, interview arrangement, reference check and offer, issuing employment contracts
- Conduct orientation to new employee
- Develop network and keep abreast of employment market for the purposes of recruitment
Training & Development:
- Work with different departments to conduct training needs Analysis and Man Power Plan
- Coordinate with Internal and External Parties for training organization
- Arrange logistics activities for training / study trip activities C&B:
- Initiate and administer HR benefits programs as needed, such as annual health checks, personal events, health insurance schemes.
- Ensure that company employment policies are compliant with Vietnam labour law and 'best practice'.
- Conduct termination process
- Develop network and keep abreast of employment market for the purposes of benchmarking compensation & benefits
Others:
- Support all internal and external HR related inquires or request
- Maintain and update HR files and databases
- Implement policies, systems and procedures required.
- Assist in HR administration, legal paper works for expats
- Other HR jobs assigned by Superior from time to time
