Mô tả công việc
Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HRBP to join our team.
As an HRBP, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of HR, both in soft HR tasks and hard HR tasks. You will work closely with our HR team to support our HRBP efforts and contribute to the overall success of the Milwaukee PT Vietnam BU.
Responsibilities:
1) Build and utilize a network of internal resources (including fellow team members and teammates) to fulfill requests from Senior HRBP Manager.
2) Serves as an analyst including analyzing, interpreting, and preparing a visual representation.
3) Provide day-to-day support to Milwaukee Vietnam which includes analyzing the HR system data, resolving inaccuracies, and guiding leaders on policies, tools, and processes.
4) Showcase leadership skills by taking on initiatives aimed towards providing solutions for any business issues, and be prepared to host or facilitate team meetings to drive progress or continuous improvement.
5) Be curious and find creative ways to help the HR community run simply and aligned with business goals.
Yêu cầu
We are looking for candidates like you who fits the following profile:
1) You are currently studying or have graduated in English, HR, Law, Psychology, and Management, etc.
2) Proficient in English,
data analyst tools, proficient in Excel and Power BI, motivated and eager to learn.
3) Trustworthiness and reliability are traits that define you.
4) You are communicative and can effectively convey your thoughts and ideas.
5) You thrive as a team player, collaborating and contributing to collective goals.
6) Candidates have Management Trainee background is a plus.
