- Product Development Support:
Assist in the creation and maintenance of product documentation, including specifications, product rules, system requirements & testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines.
Support system testing activities by preparing test scenarios, coordinating test execution, and tracking issues.

Project Coordination:
Help coordinate product development timelines, meetings, and deliverables.
Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Operational Execution:
Coordinate with IT and Operations to ensure systems and processes are prepared for product go-live.
Monitor implementation progress and escalate risks or delays as needed.
Respond to inquiries from sales teams regarding product features, processes, and documentation.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, insurance, or related field
Experience in implementing and maintaining UAT systems
Good teamwork and communication skills
Experience in providing insurance product development support is a plus
