PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Establish the Agency communications strategy in conjunction with Head of AC&EM.
Assist Agency Communication in managing all Communication projects/ Campaigns.
Liaise across Agency Management Team members and develop and deliver a simple coordinated process in order to provide effective communications to the Agency.
Be the timely coordination of the Agency communication through a range of channels to ensure ease of access, clarity and consistency.
Ensure internal communication messages are consistent with external communication messages
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums such as: (a) Digital: Email, Zalo, Facebook, Video marketing and (b) Offline activities. You may also be required to work on the layout of content.
- Storyboard or translate ideas to in house designer or advertising/marketing agency.
- Develop, manage and execute the promotional items strategy to meet with the company' standards and the agency's needs.
- Proactively looking for successful stories/ quotes/ motivational topics to support daily communication to the Agency.
- Other tasks as assigned from Head of AC&EM and Head of ASI.
