Mô tả công việc
Manage and direct daily leasing/ marketing activities following leasing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the company's assigned portfolio.
Manage all leasing functions: new lettings, renewals, rent review, surrenders, preterminations, negotiations, etc.
Update trends for competition in the market (Built to suit product), manage market intelligence as well as conduct market research of competitors, market benchmark in order to formulate and implement leasing strategies which are suitable to relevant properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, agencies/ brokers/ consultants, etc.
Manage/ monitor all weekly and monthly reports (rent rolls, leasing updates, commission reports).
Work on SAP (upload, key-in data, contracts, conditions, etc.)
Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and profitability.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the Industrial Leasing Team of international real estate
developer.
Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills and strong command of Korean is a MUST.
Extensive network of Korean clients doing or intending to do business in Vietnam.
In-depth understanding of Industrial Market and Products (including ready-built and built-tosuit), especially for Northern Vietnam Industrial Market and Clients.
Foundational understanding of relevant laws and regulations in Industrial Real Estate.
Demonstrate can-do attitude, and willingness to perform hands-on duties.
Strong relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
Based in Hanoi with the flexibility to travel to other provinces due to work requirements.
