Mô tả công việc
Job Description
- Support Sales for creating & implementing new trade marketing concepts, general export business duties & back up where necessary
- Planning & Implementation of Bosch & Gaggenau CI and trade marketing kit for all customers
- Training of distributor marketing staff in adherence to Bosch and Gaggenau design standards on all sales floors
- Policing marketing executions of distributors and ensuring correctness of implementation and corrective actions
- Digital Activation & E-commerce Support:
Social media campaign
Compile content, images and update website, Facebook
- Showroom / In-store Executions:
Educate & liaise with agencies on POSM requirement
Ensure sampling packs, products, brochures & point of sale materials are available and ready for activation usage
Work with merchandisers to ensure flawless execution of POSMs
Liaise with key partners and KOL to ensure execution
- Managing and establishing legitimacy of BSH official channel for both online & offline from other illegitimate ones
- Premium Sourcing:
Research and recommend premiums for consumer promotions & customers
Liaise with Premium Agency, QA, Legal and Procurement
- Preparation of quarterly trade marketing reports
Manage overall distributor market budget
- Planning and co-ordination for dealer visits to Singapore and or/ factory visits
Yêu cầu
Qualifications
Diploma/ Degree in Marketing or International Business
Minimum 5 years of trade marketing; business development or country management experience
Strong understanding of regional export, cultural bridging with mature and emerging markets
Ability to travel extensively or be outstationed for period of time
Good time management and organizational skills, able to prioritize and work effectively under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
