1. JOB PURPOSE
To manage and implement all marketing activities of the company to build the brand, showcase manufacturing capabilities, and develop the market for 2-wheel vehicle components (both traditional and electric). This role supports sales activities, conducts market research, strengthens brand awareness, and attracts potential domestic and international customers.

2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1. Marketing Strategy & Management
• Develop overall marketing plans in line with product and market development strategies.
• Coordinate with the Sales Department and other relevant departments to build marketing programs that support sales.
• Manage the marketing budget and monitor the effectiveness of communication and promotional campaigns.
2.2. Market Research & Product Development
• Research the traditional and electric 2-wheel vehicle parts industry.
• Collect data on competitors, technical trends, and B2B customer behavior.
• Analyze customer needs and propose product development directions and appropriate marketing messages.
2.3. Product Marketing & Sales Support
• Develop product introduction materials (catalogs, profiles, videos, etc.), prepare bidding documents, and deliver customer presentations.
• Create bilingual content (Vietnamese - English) for sales and marketing purposes.
• Conduct product feature training for
sales staff and support customer engagement.
• Support with quotations, document delivery, and customer communications.
2.4. Communication & Brand Management
• Manage communication channels such as the website, fanpage, LinkedIn, etc., ensuring professionalism and brand consistency.
• Draft internal and external communication materials including newsletters, brochures, catalogs, and technical articles.
• Organize communication events such as industry exhibitions, trade fairs, CSR events, and technical seminars.
2.5. Electric Vehicle Market Development
• Research and approach electric motorbike manufacturers, EV startups, and local component suppliers.
• Collaborate on developing a product portfolio targeting the EV market.
• Propose communication strategies and pilot/OEM partnership programs for potential EV clients.
2.6. Data Management & Reporting
• Consolidate, analyze, and report regularly on market data, customer evaluations, and campaign outcomes.
• Build and maintain databases of customers, competitors, and marketing content.
• Maintain a marketing library including catalogs, videos, and technical documents.
2.7. Other Tasks
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Head of Sales or Management.

3. JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Communication, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing within manufacturing, technical, or industrial sectors. Preference for candidates with experience in automotive, motorbike, supporting industries, or knowledge of EVs.
• Age: 26 to under 38.
• Gender: Male.
• Language: Good English skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); able to work with foreign clients and partners.
• Technical Skills: Experience in B2B marketing content writing, simplifying technical products, managing multi-channel communication; proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and basic design tools. Ability to analyze and summarize market data.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills; teamwork and independent working abilities.
• Attitude: Enthusiastic, responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented.
