Strategic Leadership & Planning:
Assist in developing the annual marketing strategy, budget, and campaign roadmap.
Translate business objectives into actionable, integrated marketing plans, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
End-to-End Campaign Management:
Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, branding, PR, offline).
Manage project launch activities, including media planning, events, and collateral creation.
Evaluate campaign performance (ROI) and drive optimization based on data insights.
Digital & Brand Oversight:
Oversee content strategy, digital ads, SEO/SEM, social media, and CRM campaigns.
Develop Creative Briefs and manage agencies to ensure consistent, high-quality brand representation across all touchpoints.
Conduct deep analysis of digital data, conversion funnels, and lead quality.
Events & Strategic Partnerships:
Plan and manage major events (launches, open houses, press events).
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships (co-branding, media, influencer engagement).
Research & Analytics:
Conduct market research (competitor benchmarking, trends) and customer surveys.
Monitor and analyze KPIs, campaign ROI, and brand health metrics.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Supervise and coach
Marketing Executives and junior team members.
Coordinate closely with cross-functional departments (Sales, Leasing, Project Development) for alignment.
Oversee marketing administration, budgeting, and reporting processes.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a Senior Executive level role or equivalent.
Fluent in English (especially reading technical documentation and professional email communication).
Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including
Digital Marketing, Branding, PR, and Events.
Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
Ability to analyze marketing data and evaluate campaign performance using tools and metrics such as Google Analytics, ROI, and KPIs.
Strong project management skills, with experience working with agencies and coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Previous experience in team management, supervision, or coaching junior team members is an advantage.
