Responsible:
Work within the division according to business objectives and strategies set down by the management.
Head up a team of Merchandisers to manage production or offshore areas.
Ensure seamless coordination with internal colleagues related to production and development issues.
Regional coordination with other offices production in terms of piece good allocation.
Manage and lead associates within the division to ensure compliance with job responsibilities and objectives, internal co-ordination with departments.
Market research.
Attend and participate in company operational meetings.

Requirement:
Understand fabrics (Woven & Knits, Woven shirts).
University graduate in related field.
With 7-9 years' relevant experience in sourcing & merchandising (from sampling to bulk), preferably in sizable trading companies/ buying offices.
Good English in writing and communication, Chinese is advance.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and good organizational skills.
Have ability in costing, sourcing & development.
Work independently in high pressure.
Good interpersonal skills.
High flexibility for mobility (preferable); willing to travel.
