Mô tả công việc
** Position Purpose :
• Fully in charge of proper functioning of all Production lines.
** Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
• To ensure that ISO 9001 and 14001 procedures, all company's rules & regulation are being followed strictly by all operators.
• To ensure that all operators are conversant with Quality Environment Policy and buyer's code of conduct. In case this is not so, he/she needs to make sure that these persons are properly trained.
• To identify training needs, inf any, for operations, Ass/Supervisor, Senior Supervisor. Coordinate with Training Section to get the operators cross-trained.
• To ensure the input for Sewing line by setting and following up the Cut plan.
• To support (Senior) Sewing Supervisors about checking the Cutting Ticket as well as about the critical operations where much emphasis is to be laid as far as quality and productivity is concerned.
• To approve the Daily Production Report.
• To ensure the pre - production meeting is help before a new style is introduced in every Sewing lines.
• To train and educate subordinate toward total ownership of process and product quality. In rare and unfortunate case of products lot failed quality audit, he/she must ensure that checking and repairing works on failed garments lot are carried out immediately
• To work out the sewing FPY and CT on weekly basis and find ways to improve on the top 3 defects and reduce the WIP
• To find ways to improve the process in order to achieve higher efficiency and effectiveness.
• To follow up the effectiveness of newly implemented procedures and ensures that all operators understand its importance and following it.
• To responsible for shipment as PPC & IE's schedule and communicate the quantity, quality, packing list.. correctly.
• To make sure energy saving during daily operations & electricity consumption.
• To check and approve annual leave for workers.
• To perform any other tasks as assigned by Production Manager.
• Take responsible to control and protect company's assets.
Yêu cầu
• Prefer University or pre-university graduated
• At least 05 years of experience as the same position.
