Mô tả công việc
• Support Relationship Manager team to communicate with Japanese clients in Japanese to strengthen and business relationship.
• Communicate with other operation departments/teams (CST, KYC Team, Credit team, etc) to have appropriate advice to customer in banking business and services in Japanese
• Support Customer Service Team, Credit and KYC Team to contact with primary office, customers located in Japan or customers only speaking Japanese for daily banking activities, Credit and KYC. Translate documents in Japanese to Vietnamese / English for KYC purposes or for audit purposes.
• Be in charge of general affair for mainly Japanese expats (such as Expenses clearance, application of G&H for marketing activities,)
• Other tasks as assigned by Department Head from time to time
Yêu cầu
• University degree majoring in Economics, Banking, Finance, Accounting, etc
• At least 2-3 year working experiences in finance, banking areas
• Good command of English
• Japanese language skill (N1 or N2 level)
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent customer service skills, good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
