Administrative & Executive Support
Manage and organize the Chairman's daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and business trips.
Arrange transportation, accommodation, meeting rooms, and related logistics for business activities.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
Follow up and remind related departments regarding assigned tasks and deadlines from the Chairman.
Communication & Coordination
Act as a communication bridge between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
Support interpretation and translation (Korean - Vietnamese / basic English communication when required).
Coordinate with partners, customers, and subsidiaries regarding operational matters.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and confidentially.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and summarize operational updates for the Chairman.
Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and important documents.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information and executive matters.
Other Duties
Support the Chairman during meetings, business trips, and company events.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Chairman.
Yêu cầu
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Logistics, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar positions.
Experience working in logistics, trading, transportation, or multinational companies is preferred.
Language Requirements
Mandatory: Korean proficiency (good communication and translation ability).
Basic English communication skills.
TOPIK certificate is an advantage.
