Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Overview:
· Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
· Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as managing accounts and contracts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
· To develop sales activities to achieve maximum sales of hotel to current and prospective customers providing a mix of strategic and tactical solutions in a business-to-business selling environment.
· The focus is on acquisition, penetration, and retention and achieves the set sales target annually.
· To effectively achieve or exceed sales goals set by the Sales Manager and maximizes revenue and yield potential.
· Promote the desired work culture around Lotte's core values and the brand.
· Managing accounts within the Sales department in charge of local and international accounts for both individual bookings assigned by Director of Sales.
· Assists & cooperates with Department heads in reaching the targeted goals as defined in the sales and marketing plan.
· Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipelines, forecasts, and conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement.
· Driving all sales-related activities, and to effectively sell all aspects of the hotel.
· Develop new and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution of action plans.
· To maintain and use client history files.
· Implement a system to answer quotations / proposals forwarded to the clients are followed up to maximize conversion rate.
· Implementing service standards and procedures, ensuring achievement of set budgets.
Yêu cầu
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or luxury service industry.
· Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
· Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
· Knowledge of the local market and industry trends in HCMC is an advantage.
