Mô tả công việc
• Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products and services in the region assigned through independent travel, managing distributor relationship and agent relationship;
• Maintain and service a developed customer base through managing distributor/agent's relationships and direct contact.
• Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
• Follow-up on sales call reports, sample requests, customer projects and other requests from customers.
• Negotiating contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs; Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services;
• Initiate technical testing and product optimization proposals for specific customer projects and to support the needs of customers and new business opportunities.
• Preparing monthly sales report and weekly sales activities including potential customer's sales activities.
• Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects
• Represent the company at relevant trade exhibitions.
• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
• Liaising with other members of the team including Operation and R&D Team as well as other sister company or associates;
• Assist in creating and developing an industry knowledge base.
• Participates in company-wide effort to maintain working knowledge and promote quality assurance in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Support Regional Commercial Manager in sales budgeting and pricing issues.
• Manage a personal region assigned sales budget.
• Develop and execute a sales plan/territory and customers coverage plan to achieve agreed upon sales volume goals and sales growth targets (one year sales goals)
• Proactively identify, feedback & develop new market opportunities & expand market coverage;
• 50% business travel to meet with customers
