Assistant Security Manager

- Involve in Set up policies and procedures on security and safety measures
- Keep a security logbook of daily activities
- Record all reports of incidents and comments made by customers, internal or external
- Involve in Set up policies and procedures on fire evacuation and prevention
- Keep and inventory of security and safety equipment
- Set up perimeter patrol routines
- Set up clocking points and to check clock logs daily
- Set up proper signs and information on fire escape plan
- Train staff and Supervisor
- Handle all investigations, complaints, inquiries related to security and safety
- Ensure the security of the lobby area and exit points
- Ensure the security of car park areas
- Properly control keys of the premises.
- Conduct spot checks on staff
- Inspect/ update fire extinguishers and other security equipment
- Perform any other duties as required by Security Manager.
