Mô tả công việc
Customer satisfaction
1. Inspect and advise employees to work in accordance with standards in service and food quality.
2. Check customer satisfaction. Ask for customer feedback.
3. Handle customer complaints.
Sale management
1. Sales planning, design and manage sales of the store according to assigned goals.
2. Track and explain new employee incentive programs. To push sales to meet the target.
3. Provide staffing advice to increase sales.
4. Preparation and application of various products.
Business management
1. Ordering and receiving products by using product spec document.
2. Inventory check and analysis.
3. Cost controlling.
4. Planning the order, record, and prepare the report to draw out in accordance with the company regulations.
People management
1. Training and developing staff.
2. Remind employees in accordance with company regulations.
Other
1. Strictly follow the rules of the company. And act as a good example.
2. Attend training, meetings, and activities as required by the company.
3. Follow The Coffee Club grooming standards
4. Keep clean and hygienic according to The Coffee Club regulations.
5. Adheres to The Coffee Club's regulatory compliance standards.
6. Other duties assigned by the store manager.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
- Male / Female, age 18-36 years old.
- Good communication skill
- Leadership skill, service mind
- Can work as a shift.
Education:
- At least Bachelor Degree in any related fields
Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in the restaurant or hotels business
Competency Required
- Customer Service mindset
- Ability to deal with multitasks and high workload
- Communicative English.
