Mô tả công việc
Control preparation of budget expenditures and inventory level, control implementation and report variances
Supervise, coach and review performance of Fashion Division's human resources, enhance skills
Control implementation of merchandising plan for existing brands by doing an effective order or special order
Monitor and perform inventory management activities
Control, organize, and perform retail operations activities covering protection of company asset, customer servicing following standard operating procedures
Work 5 days/ week (48 hours/ week in total)
Shift Details:
Morning shift: 8.30 AM - 17.30 PM
Evening shift: 14.00 PM - 23.00 PM
Night shift: 21.00 PM - 07.00 AM (To support weekly Delivery shipment, all store employees are required to work 1 night shift/ week)
Yêu cầu
Minimum diploma or bachelor degree
At least 1.5 years' experience working in fashion / cosmetic retails or hospitality. Experience
in managing a team is a must
Good communication and leadership skills. Good English skill
Willing to work at store with shifting hour, weekend, and public holiday
Good sense of fashion and sales person. Representative grooming
