Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to support the Account Director in executing sales and client service projects. This role plays a key part in managing existing client relationships while also contributing to new
business development. You will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage existing client accounts, including contract documentation, and coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations & IT) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support contract renewals and long-term partnerships and contributing to new business development
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on: (1) Potential clients (2) FMCG and retail market trends (3) Competitors (4) Emerging technologies in advertising and media (5)
Digital marketing developments → to support business development activities and approach new clients
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Account Director.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Good organizational and project coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of FMCG, retail, or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English (written and spoken) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Remuneration package
• Competitive salary: 16 - 22 million VND/month (gross based on qualifications and experience) + sales commission per contract.
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
• Working location: Victory Tower, Phu My Hung, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
