Support the CEO in planning and executing business strategies for inbound tours and partnerships.
Coordinate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to ensure smooth tour implementation and client satisfaction.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals for partners and international clients.
Manage schedules, meetings, and communication for the CEO with internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the inbound tourism sector.
Supervise key projects (such as FAM trips, VIP groups,or MICE programs) under CEO guidance.
Follow up on on going contracts, quotations, and client negotiations.
Maintain updated databases of clients, partners, and suppliers.
Support internal communications, event organization, and team coordination activities.
Ensure all operations align with SEA QUEEN TRAVEL & EVENTS'mission and 3P values.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
2+ years of experience in tourism operations, business assistance, or sales (inbound preferred).
Excellent command of English (both spoken and written);other languages are an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication tools.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
A strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
Passionate about travel, cross-cultural exchange, and sustainable tourism development.
