Sales Leadership - 80%
Identify, approach, and develop B2B partnership opportunities with leading brands across Premium Sports, Travel, and Wellness sectors.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, positioning tailored high-end experiences that align with each partner's brand vision.
Develop and continuously refine weekly and monthly sales strategies to expand market reach, strengthen pipeline quality, and drive revenue growth.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring sustainable partnerships and exceptional partner satisfaction.
Strategic Support to Sales Director - 20%
Coordinate key sales resources, including sales materials, pricing structures, and proposals while tracking project timelines.
Support external communications such as invitations, announcements, and professional emails to partners.
Support events, activations, and strategic initiatives when required.
Perform additional assignments while maintaining strict confidentiality and professional standards.
Yêu cầu
Experience working with premium or luxury brands / lifestyle sectors. (high-potential candidates are welcome)
Ability to write concise and persuasive commercial proposals.
Structured thinking and data discipline with a proactive, reliable working style.
Proficient in Google Workspace and Excel; experience with CRM systems is preferred.
