Mô tả công việc
Support the Director of Operations and his/her team by completing administrative responsibilities.
Duties include organizing, composing and distributing correspondence to employees and guests, initial response and follow up to inquiries and collecting and tracking problem resolution information.
The role also encompasses taking on any additional special projects that are assigned by the Director of Operations.

Administration
Maintain confidentiality and security of employee / hotel and property records, files, and information.
Create and maintain filing systems.
Assist Director of Operation in preparation of various reports and presentations.
Assist with the design and preparation of statistical reports as needed.
Attend, transcribe and distribute minutes, and participate in staff meetings, executive committee meeting and department meetings as needed.
Maintain giveaway/donation files and assists in making reservations.
Communications and Relations
Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company programs, policies and guidelines.
Inform management of issues related to employee relations within the division or property.
Ensure VIP amenity requests from Director of Operations are handled in timely manner.
Analyse information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Working with other people to gather the information necessary to manage projects, achieve goals, and resolve problems.
Inform and/or update the executives, the peers and the subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.
Create contracts as required.
Policies and Procedures
Follow company and department policies and procedures.
Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information where applicable.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Assists Management
Assist management in screening CV's, conducting interviews and selecting new hourly hires using selection tools and systems.
Assist management in the overall planning, preparation and delivery of training and recording employee attendance.
Prepare and review written documents (e.g., daily logs, business letters, memoranda, reports), including proofreading and editing written information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
