Mô tả công việc
• Assist Senior Travel Consultant in preparation of tour programs and quotations for tailor-made requests
• Provide comprehensive, individually tailored tour programs including price proposals to prospective clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and match up suited products to each and every prospective clients
• Assist in coordinating clients' itinerary reservation requirements in a professional, precise and timely manner
• Maintain a close and professional relationship with all suppliers and operation offices
• Carry out comprehensive research for new and existing products
• Assist with any given sales or marketing related task
Yêu cầu
• Vietnamese native with good communication skills in English or in French
• Pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, high level of personal presentation, listening skills
• High degree of customer service with an eye for details and presentation
• Highly motivated and resilient
• Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
• Flexible and able to work with uncertainties and changing priorities
