ASSISTANT TREASURY MANAGER

· Prepare and process fund transfer, loan borrowing for all branches on the banking systems, follow up with the for a smooth in payment processing.
· Oversee the cash management and follow the cash flow report to ensure sufficient funds for daily operations.
· Prepare daily cash report and treasury report (prepayment, loan interest and loan repayment schedule)
· Maintain timely and accurate transaction data in SAP system.
· Responsible for checking sales/ fund collection from inter-companies and customers.
· Support and verify FX transaction, Corporate Guarantee, Bank Facility, ...
· Manage the operation of bank accounts, internet banking list of users/authorizers.
· Review and manage the treasury master data related to the list of authorized bank signatories quarterly to comply with internal audit requirements.
· Perform cash bank reconciliation to ensure the bank statement is matched with SAP system as monthly schedule.
· Control cash management by maintaining the minimum balance at the end of month.
· Prepare treasury data and bank balance confirmations as requirements from internal and external audit.
· Support documentation as requirement from banks, tax authority and other department.
· Support Treasury Manager in setting up the bank facilities to align with Corporate Finance.
· Support Treasury Manager in maintaining banking relationships with local and international banks
