Associate Director, Contracts

Skills and experience that will lead to success
• Candidate with legal qualifications at least 2 years PQE and preferably in-house counsel experience.
• Law degree, with good understanding of contracts/legal concepts
• Excellent Vietnamese and English skills (verbal and written)
• Able to work independently and in a team, with initiative to seek guidance as necessary
• Effective communication skills, for liaising with both internal and external partners
• Ability to spot issues and gather further information as necessary to resolve issues
• Ability to distil and explain key points in a clear and concise manner
• Good contracts drafting and writing skills
• Project management and administrative skills
• Strong commercial competence
• Ability to see the big picture and join the dots across the firm
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to perform under pressure, cope with voluminous contracts and meet tight deadlines
