Role Location: ANZ Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh
Role Type: Full time, 7 months fixed term contract opportunity
As an Associate in Institutional Client Administration, you will support the business (Corporate & Institutional, Financial Institutional and Commercial Banking) in the onboarding process including preparation and review of all related documents to ensure consistency with credit approvals. You will ensure ongoing monitoring of client obligations throughout the life cycle of facility and assets, monitoring the limit loading, credit administration and operation processes. Lastly, you will effectively and efficiently manage the documentation process in order for clients to gain easy access to their facilities in the earliest time.
In addition, you are also responsible for:
• Checking and preparing the letter of Offers and standard security documents for all bilateral facilities, including recording of any deviations from the standard terms and conditions; Liaising with internal and/or external counsel for modification/negotiation to Letters of Offer.
• Making sure that the constitutional documents, facilities and securities documentation are in order and in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Ensuring securities are properly registered, monitor expiry date of securities and track receipt of renewal or extension of securities; Monitoring annual reviews due, due date and receipt of financial and non-covenants/ undertaking e.g. annual/half-yearly/ quarterly financial statements, quarterly trading results/ stock reports, etc. as per loan approval.
• Assisting in providing regular and ad hoc reports for management or external governance stakeholders regarding client obligations, facility documentation status, related limit report.
• Keeping track of facility and security documents in Corporate Collateral Management System.
• Ensuring the limit is correctly loaded as per the Limit Authorisation Advice (LAA) and monitor limit excess
• Other tasks assigned by Line Managers
Yêu cầu
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -
• Proven experience in credit processing, credit admin, credit control and risk function in a corporate banking background.
• Practical knowledge of legislative and regularity requirements particularly as they relate to securities, loan contracts and lending activities.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to interact with relevant stakeholders and ICA team members.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal with particular emphasis on the ability to extract relevant information and present it in a concise format.
• Ability to manage and motivate other members of the team
