The Associate IT Manager - Commercial Digital Project Lead & Data Analytics will lead the Reporting & Data Analytics function while also acting as the digital transformation

Developer for digital initiatives
The primary objective is to deliver high-impact analytics and dashboards, drive selected digital transformation projects to successful delivery, and implement technical components required by those projects.
Partner closely with
business leaders and key stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, identify opportunities, and shape data-driven initiatives that deliver measurable business value. Act as a trusted advisor, translating complex business challenges into structured analytics, digital solutions, and clear, actionable insights.
1. Reporting & Data Analytics (70%)
· Lead the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise-grade dashboards and reports using Power BI and related reporting platforms, delivering actionable insights for executive and business stakeholders.
· Develop scalable and high-performance data models, including advanced DAX measures, with a strong focus on optimization, usability, and visualization best practices.
· Own end-to-end analytics delivery leveraging Azure Data Services - including Azure Data Factory / Synapse Pipelines, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, and Azure Databricks (where applicable) - to design, build, and operate robust ETL/ELT pipelines and modern Lakehouse architectures (Microsoft Fabric / OneLake).
· Apply advanced analytics techniques such as segmentation, cohort analysis, forecasting, and KPI performance tracking, translating data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
· Establish and enforce data governance standards, including data quality, lineage, validation frameworks, and reporting best practices, and drive user adoption through standardized metrics and continuous improvement.
2. Project Management - Digital Transformation (20%)
· Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation initiatives, including product rollouts, process automation, AI adoption, and system integrations.
· Own overall project governance, including scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, budget (where applicable), stakeholder alignment, and success criteria.
· Agile delivery practices, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and iterative releases, provide clear and structured progress updates to the Head of IT and business stakeholders.
· Ensure effective management changes and user adoption, including communication planning, training programs, and go-live readiness to maximize business impact.
3. Technical Delivery (10%)
· Deliver critical technical components that enable digital products and analytics use cases, including API integrations, data connectors, automation workflows, and lightweight services.
· Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with overall data architecture and digital platform strategy.
· Oversee development lifecycle activities, including solution design, testing, deployment, and post-launch support, ensuring reliability and business continuity.
*Work location: 217 Nguyen Van Thu Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
*Working hours: 44 hours/week, Monday to Friday & Saturday mornings (flexible WFH).
· Bachelor's degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related roles
· Strong technical expertise in SQL, Power BI (or Tableau), and Excel, with the ability to build scalable data models and insightful visualizations; proficiency in PowerPoint for executive storytelling.
· Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Services, data warehousing, ETL/ELT pipelines) is highly preferred.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese, with experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
· Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities under pressure, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong collaboration and planning skills, with the ability to lead initiatives and motivate stakeholders across functions.
