Mô tả công việc
You'll own a part of our products and lead it to success. "Part" here could be a product feature, a user problem, a user segment, or even the whole product. It just depends on your readiness.
You might do:
● Research: You'll constantly conduct user research, market research. You'll need to understand who the users are, what are their insights. The same with the market.
● Design: You'll work with Design & Tech teams to design solutions with the best UX possible.
● Experimentation: From the insights, you'll form hypotheses and validate them in proper ways.
● Build: You'll write product specs that the Tech team can use. You'll collaborate closely with them to get products shipped.
● GTM: You'll collaborate with cross-functional departments to prepare go-to-market plans, and to launch the products.
● Product Analytics: You'll define metrics of your products, work with tech to get tracking implemented, monitor the results, analyze and iterate.
Yêu cầu
● Mindset: We need someone who is hungry & has a desire to make impacts.
● Thinking skill: You should have logical & critical thinking skills. You can differentiate between facts and guesses. You can debate constructively.
● Business Acumen: You should have a business foundation, including marketing, sales, finance.
● Technical skill: You should have a technical foundation. At least you know how a website works, how an app is built.
● Analytics skill: You can work with data, convert it to actionable insights.
● Communication skill: You're great communicators, both verbal & non-verbal. We use English as the main work-language.
● Experience building products: You should have 1+ years experience in building products. You might have worked as Product Owner/ (Associate) Product Manager.
