Mô tả công việc
Provide legal opinion on new business model or special issue; support and monitor legal issue in subsidiary.
Handle dispute or law suit if any; provide legal advice regarding company's investment and operation;
Research and update legal knowledge and new laws and regulations; Make legal reports on demand;
Support and coordinate other departments in their daily operations related wit investment activities;
Deal with regulatory and legal requirements in connection with governmental filings, licenses, approvals and registration of the company and project;
Other tasks assigned by Managing Partner and/or Lawyer.
Yêu cầu
Business-oriented, independent minded, with a good ability to analyze risk in reviewing business transactions.
Strong sense of responsibility, seft confirden, cautious, highly motivated, and has good communication skills;;
Licensed to practice in Vietnam with good qualification in international business and commercial laws;
An independent analytical mind;
Excellent research skills;
Good command of written and spolen English.
