ATM Technology Analyst

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE• 2+ year's experience with Frontline Self-Serve and ATM technology and some Knowledge of Terminal• Prior support role experience, with sound knowledge of ITIL including work on a Service desk providing support to ATM and Frontline Technology Services (services within bank branches, such as Cash Recycling Machines, Coin Machines, ATMs, etc)• Excellent verbal/communication skills - these roles will have many stakeholders including business/tech/vendors.• Excellent/prior experience with report tools - dev and distribution - such as power bi, excel, etc.THE BENEFITS AND PERKS We appreciate and reward our colleagues who do great work every day - from excelling for our customers, to taking ownership of an issue to get it resolved.
