Mô tả công việc
Your main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Participates in governance activities such as creation and review of policies, standards and procedures/guidance documents in compliance with service delivery standards, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 or other standards as required.
Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for services.
Implements, and manages processes to ensure that services and operation meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
Conducts periodic internal reviews or audits to maintain compliance with organizational regulations, guidelines, and policies.
Assesses service, project, compliance, or operational risks; and identifies compliance issues that require follow-up or investigation.
Recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues and develops risk management strategies.
Advises internal management or business partners on the implementation or operation of compliance programs;
Provides assistance to external auditors in compliance reviews and certification centers in ISO certifications obtaining, etc.
Keeps informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assess the potential impact of these changes on organizational processes;
Yêu cầu
Proven experience in creation, implementation procedures in compliance with service delivery, ISO 9001, ISO 27001 or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of the industry's standards and regulations.
Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
Has an analytical mind and critical thinking.
Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities.
High sense of responsibility, high degree of accuracy, and attention to detail.
Effective oral, written & interpersonal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
Highest level of integrity regarding confidential information.
Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure to deliver results.
Certified compliance professional is a plus
