Primary Purpose
Develop and support automation equipment and machine vision systems used in manufacturing across Molex facilities in Vietnam and globally. The role focuses on PLC programming, robot integration, vision inspection systems, and continuous improvement to enhance quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automated vision inspection systems
Drive machine development from concept to production, including device selection, system design, and collaboration with suppliers
Optimize vision algorithms and inspection performance
Integrate vision solutions with automated manufacturing equipment
Research and apply new automation technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage in manufacturing
