Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
1. Develop new programs for motion controllers, robots, HMIs, PLCs, and other controls hardware.
- Program motion controllers, PLCs, operator interfaces, robotics, and servo drives
- Support and maintain image processing hardware and programs using Windows-based PC systems.
2. Startup, debug, and qualify automated machines.
- support controls install/upgrade on new and existing automated equipment.
- Support production by troubleshooting and repairing automated controls.
- Troubleshoot, provide root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for reported issues on local production systems and tools.
3. Work with operations and process engineering groups to design scalable control systems.
4. Reprogram existing automated machines for improvements and optimization.
- Make program and hardware modifications/updates on automated control systems
5. Research and specify electrical and pneumatic control components.
6. Work closely with control hardware design group to develop electrical schematics for machines.
- Field wire panels and equipment and make updates to electrical schematics as needed

Required Experience: Experience for Vision system (2D; 3D camera to capture and measure objects). Build program or experience on automated image processing systems.
Education: Bachelor in related field.
Working time: Mon-Fri (office hour 7:30-16:30 or shift 2: 14:00-22:00, rotate every month)
