Key Responsibilities:
Hardware Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and install electrical control panels and machine I/O systems.
• Perform wiring, testing, and commissioning of automation hardware including sensors, actuators, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial controllers.
• Conduct on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of automation and control systems.
• Develop and implement electrical schematics and wiring diagrams using CAD tools.
• Evaluate and select industrial hardware components based on project requirements (e.g., power supplies, relays, safety devices).
• Perform hardware FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing).
Software Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy automation workflows using middleware tools like Node-RED, MQTT brokers, and other edge platforms.
• Configure and program PLCs (Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, etc.) for machine automation and process control.
• Integrate devices and systems using OPC UA, REST APIs, Modbus, and other industrial communication protocols.
• Design, implement, and test software for data acquisition, control, and monitoring.
• Support cloud and on-premise integration of IIoT data into dashboards, MES, or SCADA systems.
• Provide remote and on-site software support, updates, and system diagnostics.
Solution Design & Field Service:
• Lead or contribute to solution design, project planning, and technical documentation.
• Conduct site surveys and client needs assessments for automation and IoT implementation.
• Deploy complete solutions independently and/or with team support, ensuring full operational functionality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of automation and digital systems.
Leadership & Collaboration:
• Lead junior engineers or technicians during installation and commissioning phases.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients and team members.
• Work autonomously to manage field service schedules, client communication, and reporting.
• Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, offering innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, field service, or IIoT.
• Proficiency in PLC programming, electrical wiring, and industrial networking.
• Experience with middleware tools such as Node-RED, and familiarity with MQTT, OPC UA.
• Strong understanding of control systems, IT/OT convergence, and smart factory concepts.
• Ability to lead projects and work independently in dynamic environments.
• Willingness to travel for on-site deployments and customer support (local & international).
