Mô tả công việc
- Lead and develop team member
- Creates and executes software development project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Assist with development of project plans
- Gathers all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings
- Maintains document control, track project activities and team communication
- Attend requirements gathering meetings with team and being able to translate these requirements into development plans and schedules
- Analyzes, proposes, and reviews deliverables and presents to management
- Effectively applies standard project management methodology and enforces project standards
- Manages business resources assigned to projects; including project scope and timelines
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree required
- Five to ten years of experience in a software development project-management related role
- Experience working with development teams and software development lifecycle
- More than 3 years of advanced NodeJS and ReactJS development is necessary
- More than 3 years of NoSQL (such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, CosmosDB) experience is required. SQL experience is a plus
- Ability to understand new concepts and work on self-improving areas with knowledge gaps to understand company direction and technology used
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills in English
- Great organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
